Our return policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at Profoundco.com for a full product refund. Shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be in the total original value amount as when you purchased it. If you wish to make an exchange in a different size, or would like store credit, we have a 60 day return policy. All returns/exchanges must be sent back by the customer within the 60 day window to be marked as eligible for credit. 

Any items purchased as final sale items are non-refundable. Our sale items are final sale and are noted as such in the description upon purchase. 

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We can reject any returned item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition.

Any refunds through our third-party installment payment option, Sezzle, will be handled by Sezzle.
