We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to return or exchange your item, please visit our easy-to-use Return Portal here. You will have the option to submit a return or exchange request from the portal and will contacted through the same email address you've ordered with. If you need any further assistance during the process, you can contact us anytime. We'll be glad to help you.

Our return policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at Profoundco.com for a full product refund. Shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be in the total original value amount as when you purchased it. If you wish to make an exchange in a different size, the same policy applies.

Any items purchased as final sale items are non-refundable. Our sale items are final sale and are noted as in the description upon purchase. 

Missed the return policy deadline? No problem. Your return is eligible for site-wide store credit within 60 of purchase if you missed the return policy.
**Please note all returns/exchanges must be sent back by the customer within the 60 day window to be marked as eligible for credit. 

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We can reject any returned item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged or not its original condition.

Any refunds through our third-party installment payment option, Sezzle, will be handled by Sezzle.

For our security, we have the right to flag any customers making returns too frequently.
